We are excited to announce the 7th Annual Fox Mill 5K and 1- Mile Color Run/Walk. This year's race will honor a Fox Mill resident, Mike White. Mike was recently diagnosed with grade 4 brain cancer and is currently working with the Northwestern team and Duke University for treatment. Mike and his wife, Karri, have been Fox Mill residents since 2013 and have two young boys, Brady and Bryce, attending Bell Graham Elementary. You may have come across Mike throughout the years biking and running the trails of Fox Mill, attending/assisting with many of the Fox Mill events, or coaching Wasco baseball.

All proceeds will benefit the Northwestern Memorial Foundation. The foundation advances promising research study, recruits talented physician-scientists, develops new educational programs, and purchases key pieces of technology. Mike’s current advanced treatment plan is a direct result of the work that foundations like this fund. Continuing to advance treatments and ultimately finding cures for this terrible disease is largely dependent on the financial help that we can provide.

We invite the public in joining us to support this worthy cause. We look forward to having a large group of runners, walkers, and spectators. After the race, stay for awards, refreshments, and other fun activities for all. We hope to see you there!
